Huntsman's son appears at Romney rally

Will Huntsman — the son of GOP presidential candidate Jon Huntsman — attended a rally for his father's rival, Mitt Romney, last Friday.

The Salt Lake Tribune published a photo of the younger Huntsman posing for a picture next to the former Massachusetts governor at a campaign event in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The event was held just days after Huntsman, the former governor of Utah, officially announced his candidacy at Liberty State Park in New Jersey, an event which his son attended.

Huntsman's campaign downplayed any significance to the Will's appearance at the Romney event.

“Will wanted to see another campaign event,” Huntsman spokesman Tim Miller told the Tribune. “He was having fun, and it was not his intention to be disrespectful in any way."
