Pelosi wins another term

By Elise Viebeck - 11/07/12 02:54 AM ET

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has won another term, according to KQED radio.

The former House Speaker represents San Francisco. She was first elected to the lower chamber in 1987.

Some have speculated that Pelosi will leave Congress after this election, which saw Republicans maintain their House majority. Her daughter, Alexandra Pelosi, reportedly said "she has very few days left ... she's done" last year. But Pelosi's office disputed the claim.

Her Republican challenger was John Dennis.
