The target list is a hint at which House seats Democrats might target in 2014, and includes a mix of 2012 targets that won reelection, prominent Republicans from safe districts like incoming National Republican Congressional Committee Chairman Greg Walden (R-Ore.), and other Republicans from toss-up or fiscally populist districts that could theoretically be vulnerable to a challenge.
