Liz Cheney is projected to win Wyoming’s at-large House seat.

Cheney, former Vice President Dick Cheney’s eldest daughter and a former State Department aide, defeated Democrat Ryan Greene on Tuesday night.

The victory is a political comeback for Liz Cheney, who mounted a brief primary challenge to Sen. Cheney was heavily favored to win the seat her father once held for 10 years. The lone House seat in Wyoming has been in Republican hands since 1978.
