Report: Massa to retire

Freshman Rep. Eric Massa (D-N.Y.) will announce Wednesday afternoon that he will not seek reelection, according to Democratic sources.
Massa narrowly beat Rep. Randy Kuhl (R) in a rematch in 2008 and faced a potentially tough first reelection campaign against Corning Mayor Tom Reed (R).
His decision not to run comes as a huge surprise.
Massa has scheduled an announcement for 3:30 p.m. Eastern time.
