“It’s morning again in America,” the narrator says — a flashback to Ronald Reagan’s 1984 campaign slogan — as the ad shows a tugboat with a Canadian flag crossing a harbor in Vancouver.

“We hadn’t noticed that,” a campaign spokesman told BuzzFeed about the mistake. “We are not going to make Canada an issue in this election.”

Vancouver-based videographer Guy Chavasse filmed the footage last year, according to the BBC.
