Rebuilding America Now in a 30-second targets the Clinton Foundation and its donors.

"A foundation was created and money started to roll," a narrator says in the ad, part of a $3 million ad buy.

The ad will air nationally, the group said, before being targeted in three swing states: Florida, Ohio and North Carolina.

In the spot, a narrator says the foundation accepted funds from "misogynistic regimes, Wall Street insiders and corrupt dictators."

Brian Fallon, press secretary for Hillary Clinton for America, responded on Twitter, saying the the Democratic presidential nominee and her family don't take a salary from the foundation and attacking the GOP candidate.

"All their income is disclosed -unlike Trump who hides his tax returns."
