Biden stepped off his plane and embraced Clinton. But when the Democratic presidential nominee removed her arms from around the vice president, he continued to hold onto her waist. She then patted his arms and put her hand over her heart as he hung on. 

The two were campaigning in Biden’s hometown of Scranton, Pa., on Monday.
