Klobuchar has been long rumored as a potential presidential candidate, named by The New York Times as among the women most likely to become the first female president. But early polling suggests her 2016 candidacy would remain a long shot if Clinton, or, to a lesser extent, Vice President Biden opts to seek the party's nomination.
