Obama "tends to fold all the time," the Wisconsin governor said.
"I don't want to do this just to go and do it," the Ohio governor said of possible 2016 bid.
“I don’t think coincidences occur that often,” Peter Schweizer said.
The Wisconsin governor said Obama’s brand of leadership was one of weakness.
"It is so extreme, it is waking people up.”
He said national security will be a major focus during the 2016 race.
