Sanders plans to travel to two crucial presidential battleground states next month.
Clinton leads Warren by 38 points among the state's likely Democratic voters.
The independent senator will be in Iowa at the same time as Hillary Clinton.
"She's very formidable. She'll raise a lot money," the Wisconsin Republican said.
“I think the American public is coming closer to where I am,” he said.
