Jeb Bush hosts fundraiser for Lindsey Graham

By Cameron Joseph - 02/11/13 10:19 AM ET

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) hosted a fundraiser for Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) on Sunday, giving the senator a boost ahead of a potential primary challenge.

Bush joined American Conservative Union head Al Cardenas and GOP pollster Ana Navarro at the $2,600 per person southern Florida reception, according to the invitation obtained by the Tampa Bay Times.

Graham has been mentioned as a potential primary target for conservative groups, though his poll numbers with Republicans in the state are fairly strong, and most first-tier potential challengers have passed on a bid. South Carolina state Sen. Lee Bright (R) is leaning toward running, however.

Graham had $4.3 million in his campaign account as of the end of the year.
