Kingston makes statewide plans as Senate talk swirls

The Savannah-based congressman has two press conferences planned on Thursday and more events on Friday including a big-dollar "kick off reception" that evening, according to GaPundit.com.

The congressman has long been expected to run for the seat held by retiring Sen.
