The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) raised roughly the same amount in July, bringing in $4.4 million apiece.

The DCCC maintains its cash-on-hand advantage, with $14.6 million to the NRCC's $12.1 million. The NRCC is also carrying $750,000 in debt.

The DCCC had shown a fundraising advantage at the beginning of the year, but the NRCC outraised it in June, a sign the NRCC may be turning things around in the non-election year.
