Booker's campaign announced Tuesday that the vice president will not appear at a Friday event for the candidate in New Jersey.

Biden had planned to make a stop in the state to help boost Booker's campaign just five days before Election Day. Though the Democrat is still favored in the special election to replace deceased Sen.
