OFA launching online ads against 11 senators on gun control

Steve King sees a 'path to victory' for potential Iowa Senate run

Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) sees a "path to victory" if he runs for the Senate in Iowa and is "close" to making a decision, he said in a weekend interview.

"Now, I can tell you that I can see a path to victory that I couldn’t see a week or a little more ago," he told a roomful of Republicans in Bettendorf, Iowa. King said his polling shows any Republican faces an "uphill climb" to victory, however — a hint he might not be totally sold on a bid.
