President Obama on Sunday hit the golf course on Martha's Vineyard one more time before returning to Washington.

According to pool reporter traveling with the president, Obama golfed at the Farm Neck Golf Club with former NBA star Alonzo Mourning and Marvin Nicholson and Joe Paulsen, who are members of the White House trip planning team.

Obama has played golf several times in the past with Mourning, who helped the administration promote the Affordable Care Act.

Obama's frequent golf outings during his vacation on the Massachusetts island have drawn criticism from the Republican National Committee, which released a video mocking him for it.

After approximately five-and-a-half hours at the golf course, Obama joined the first lady for a jazz performance at the Featherstone Center for the Arts in Oak Bluffs, according to a pool report.

The reason for Obama's return to Washington Sunday night, before traveling back to the Vineyard on Tuesday, is shrouded in mystery. The break is long-planned, and the White House has said Obama will not be making any major announcements on immigration reform during it.
