Obama taking security team on vacation
President Obama is taking two of his top national security aides with him on vacation in Martha's Vineyard.
Counterterrorism chief John Brennan and National Security Council chief of staff Denis McDonough will join the first family as they leave Washington for their summer vacation.
Obama was on vacation in Hawaii during Christmas when a man tried to detonate an international flight bound for Detroit.
Senior advisers Valerie Jarrett and Pete Rouse will also join the Obamas, said White House spokesman Bill Burton, who will also make the trip.
