Real estate mogul-turned-reality TV star Donald Trump is a late addition to the schedule at a major gathering of conservatives this weekend.

Trump will speak Thursday afternoon at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), joining the roster of possible Republican presidential candidates set to speak at the conference.

The move is a sign from Trump that he could be taking more seriously his flirtations with a run for president in 2012 than he has in previous cycles, when he's publicly toyed with running for president.

Trump's said he's considering running again, and would make a decision sometime in the first half of this year, were he serious about running.
