Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol is apparently feeling rather poetic toward New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R).

So, in a blog post Wednesday, he posted an ode to Christie based on Andrew Marvell's "To Our Coy Mistress," which Kristol said was given to him Tuesday by "a mysterious dark lady" in Harvard Yard.

Christie recently said in a piece for the National Review that even though he isn't running for president in 2012, he could if he wanted to. And he would win.
