Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.) told ABC's Top Line that Congress should be fired if it can't come up with a solution. He said that everything needs to be put on the table, including cuts in entitlements and defense, but that revenue must also be increased.

"The grand bargain — there are some who say there is no willingness to compromise," he said. "I got to tell you I've taken arrows from folks in my party."
