Manley will be a senior director in both the firm's communications and government affairs groups. He will work alongside John Feehery, the firm's communications director who worked for former House Speaker Dennis Hastert (R-Ill.).
"Jim’s hire is a major coup for QGA Public Affairs,” said Feehery in a statement. “Jim and I have had our fair share of political disagreements over the years, but through it all, we have developed mutual respect and a good friendship.
