

Documents of woman who allegedly sent anthrax to Florida senators released

The Justice Department released documents Tuesday of an indictment against a woman who allegedly sent fake anthrax to Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Bill Nelson (D-Fla.) in 2011.
The indictment charges Kathryn Cohen Allen, of Jasper, Fla., with nine counts related to sending threats and fake Anthrax to the two senators from Florida between June 24-28 in 2011.
According to the indictment, Allen "provided to another person for delivery in the United States mail an envelope addressed to" both Nelson and Rubio. The respective envelopes "contained a white powdery substance a a letter threatening the life of" both senators.Federal indictment against Florida woman
