Kissinger admitted to hospital after fall

Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger was admitted to New York-Presbyterian Hospital after he suffered a fall in his home.


According to the Associated Press, Kissinger was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday for observation.

New York-Presbyterian says Kissinger is likely to be discharged from the hospital later on Tuesday. The hospital did not disclose any details about the former secretary of State's fall.

Recently, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was treated at New York-Presbyterian Hospital after doctors discovered a blood clot. She was discharged in early January.
