Bush attended the Baylor game in Waco, Texas, near his Crawford ranch, along with his wife, Laura, and Baylor president Ken Starr, the independent prosecutor who led the Whitewater and Monica Lewinsky investigations into the Clinton White House.

The Lady Bears are the favorite to win the tournament behind 6-foot-8-inch All American Brittney Griner, who has dunked more times than all other women college basketball players combined. Griner dunked three more times on Tuesday night.

Biden, meanwhile, was in Newark, N.J., rooting on the Lady Blue Hens from his home state of Delaware.

President Obama filled out his NCAA women’s tournament bracket, picking Baylor to win it all.
