Sen. Paul to deliver speech in New Hampshire

Paul's office confirmed on Wednesday that the senator from Kentucky will deliver the keynote address at the dinner on May 20. The location for the event has yet to be determined.

Paul's office had previously announced that he would deliver the keynote speech at the Iowa Republican Party's Lincoln Dinner in Cedar Rapids on May 10. The two speeches will add to speculation that Paul is planning to run for president in 2016.

Paul also attracted headlines recently for filibustering the nomination of John Brennan for CIA director in order to push the Obama administration to answer questions on drone policy. A number of other high-profile conservative senators joined Paul's filibuster.

Paul again caught attention for outlining his stance on immigration reform with a speech in March, as lawmakers are looking to pass a big immigration reform bill.
