Sen. Klobuchar headed to Iowa in August

The event will be at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa, on Aug. 16. The Iowa Democratic Party announced Klobuchar's speech on Wednesday.

Klobuchar will be the first possible 2016 presidential candidate from the party to visit Iowa since the 2012 election, according to The Des Moines Register.
