Vice President Biden is slated to headline a fundraiser for New Hampshire Gov. Maggie Hassan (D), who heads the country's first primary state.

Biden has declined to close the door on a run in 2016.
Polls show former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is the overwhelming early favorite for the Democratic nomination, but she has yet to weigh in on a bid.
