Sasse dominates Twitter with Schumer photo, 'reefer' caption

Sen. Schumer promptly responded, saying, “Well that escalated quickly.”

Sasse continued the bipartisan banter with Schumer, replying, “I thought we were off the record.”

Sasse posted the photo, which also included Sen.
