Former President Jimmy Carter returned on Friday to the Canadian Habitat for Humanity worksite where he collapsed the day before.

Carter, 92, was rushed to St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, Canada, on Thursday, after he collapsed working on a Habitat for Humanity home due to dehydration.

The Carter Center announced the former president had been discharged from the hospital on Friday.

The president had attended morning devotional service before attending the last of the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project in Canada, according to the statement.
