Brown's desk in the Senate chamber has been used by Sens. Robert F. Kennedy (NY), Al Gore Sr. (Tenn.), Hugo Black (Ala.), William Proxmire (Wis.), and George McGovern (South Dakota). Brown will use the desk as the common thread between these luminaries' lives.

Brown has no publisher yet, but told the Columbus Dispatch that his research is progressing well. He's interviewed McGovern as well as Ted Kennedy and Al Gore, Jr. to ask about their Senatorial relatives.
