The photo — posted on Facebook — had received more than 124,000 reactions and nearly 90,000 shares as of Sunday morning.

According to Politico, a tipster said the photo showed Biden outside a Georgetown movie theater speaking to a homeless man.

Biden attended a movie with his granddaughter at the theater, according to Politico.

A report earlier this month said Biden is moving closer to a 2020 run for president.

Close aids told Politico they are preparing for a number of scenarios ahead of a possible campaign announcement.

The former vice president is “thinking through a million unconventional options, because there is an acknowledgment that this could be an unconventional campaign," one person close to the discussions said.
