Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for adult-film actress Stormy Daniels, on Tuesday challenged Rudy Giuliani to a face-to-face discussion on any news network.
“I think it would be very helpful for the public to witness a discussion between Mr. Giuliani and me concerning the facts of the case, etc.,” Avenatti tweeted. “I am willing to participate on any network provided both sides are provided a fair shake. I am also willing to do it on 12-hours notice.”

During an interview with Fox News’s Sean Hannity last week, Giuliani said that Trump had reimbursed his personal lawyer Michael Cohen for a $130,000 payment to Daniels related to a nondisclosure agreement.
Avenatti, who also regularly appears on media and frequently tweets about Daniels's case, also challenged Hannity to a “straight up discussion between two men” last week regarding Daniels’s case against Cohen.
The adult-film star is suing both Trump and Cohen for defamation for calling her a liar after she spoke about her alleged sexual encounter with Trump.
Avenatti renewed his calls to debate Hannity earlier on Tuesday, asking why the host was still “dodging” him.
“Hey @foxnews — instead of having your pathetic surrogates attack me and my client without us present, why don’t you instruct your No. 1 guy @seanhannity to stop dodging me and debate me on his show? Why are you avoiding this? #basta.”

Giuliani has called Avenatti an "ambulance chaser" and "complete jerk" who should turn in his law license.
