Jeb Bush at last weighs in on the GOP Senate primary between Marco Rubio and Gov. Charlie Crist, and while he’s not backing Rubio (at least yet), he does think the NRSC is overstepping by endorsing Crist.
Unlike Bush, John McCain isn’t holding back, supporting Rep. Jerry Moran over Rep. Todd Tiahrt in Kansas’s GOP Senate primary. He joins four other Republican senators in doing so.

Never afraid of controversy, Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner (D) on Monday ruled that the GOP state senator running for her job is not a resident of his state Senate district, and therefore is ineligible to represent it.
