Lincoln about to speak; Senate GOP anticipates she will support Reid
Democratic Sen. Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas, the last Democratic holdout to announce her intentions in Saturday's healthcare vote, will speak at 2:20 p.m. on the Senate floor.
A senior Senate GOP aide, anticipating Lincoln will support the 8 p.m. procedural vote, has begun to describe the vote as a "party-line vote."
Democrats are expected to have 60 votes for the procedural vote, with Lincoln's vote. Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu (La.), the only other wavering senator, announced earlier Saturday she would vote yes.
