Obama holding jobs meeting with lawmakers

President Barack Obama will host a bipartisan group of lawmakers at the White House Wednesday for a jobs meeting, an administration official confirmed.

Obama will attend the meeting with members the day after giving a speech in which he outlined new proposals for creating jobs including funding small business loans with unspent TARP money and eliminating the capital gains tax for small businesses for one year.

The president leaves for Norway Wednesday night to accept the Nobel Peace Prize.
