Cantor grades Obama: 'Incomplete'

House Minority Whip Eric Cantor (R-Va.) Thursday became the latest Republican to give the president a grade; his verdict was "incomplete."

Cantor sharply disagreed with President Barack Obama decision to award himself a "B-plus" in a recent interview with daytime television host Oprah Winfrey.

"I was a little taken aback by the president giving himself a B-plus," Cantor said on the "Imus in the Morning" radio show. "I mean, why would he say plus? Listen...there's really just a sense that he gets an incomplete right now."

Cantor said that the president's legislative agenda has failed to deliver productive results.

The Virginia Republican called the Democrats' cap-and-trade energy proposal, healthcare bill and stimulus package "job-killers," a frequent Republican refrain.

On Tuesday, Republican Sen. Orrin Hatch (Utah) gave Obama a grade of "C." Republican Rep. Paul Ryan (Wis.) said that Obama deserved even lower than that.
