Gen. Petraeus going to New Hampshire

Gen. David Petraeus is headed to New Hampshire, a move that is sure to feed speculation that he's considering a dark horse bid for president either in 2012 or 2016.
Petraeus will give a speech at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics on the campus of St. Anselm College on March 24, according to the Saint Anselm Crier (hat tip: Political Wire.)
The former head general in Iraq has said he's not interested in running for president, but that would stop people from talking about it.
