Emanuel to meet with Israeli officials

White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is scheduled to meet with top Israeli officials while in Israel for a family visit.

The White House said Tuesday Emanuel will have an "informal discussion of a range of issues in the U.S.-Israel bilateral relationship" when he meets with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday.

On Thursday, Emanuel and his family are scheduled to meet with Israeli President Shimon Peres.
