OhioDaily reports that Cuyahoga County Commissioner Peter Lawson, a Democrat, is planning to file paperwork for the 2010 Ohio Senate race.

Lawson would be joining Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner and Lt. Gov. Lee Fisher on the Democratic side in the race, while former Rep.
