Kennedy: 'Win, Lose or Draw, I Wanted to Be Here'

Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) issued the following statement after returning to the Senate to vote on the Medicare bill for the first time since being diagnosed with a brain tumor:

"I return to the Senate today to keep a promise to our senior citizens
