Rudy Touts Experience, and Doesn't Mention 9/11, in First TV Ad

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani surprisingly does makes no mention of his response to Spetember 11, a major campaign theme for Giuliani, in his first TV ad that will begin airing in New Hampshire on Thursday. In the ad, titled "tested," Giuliani takes credit for the economic turnaround in New York and highlights his leadership of a large "unmanageable" city.
