Edwards' First '08 TV Ad

Former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards (D) began airing his first TV campaign ad of the '08 presidential election today in Iowa.
In it Edwards says the Democratic Party needs to "show a little backbone," and that he and his wife Elizabeth decided, upon hearing her cancer diagnosis, that they would dedicate their lives to being a political voice for those without one.
