Mark Warner: A Favorite Candidate (Rep. Bobby Scott)

I am pleased that Mark is running for Senate. It is refreshing to see a candidate who is considered a favorite for another office because he did a good job in his previous one. Instead of running on slogans or sound bites, Mark Warner has a proven, established record as Governor of Virginia. He cleaned up the fiscal mess that he inherited, and worked on a bi-partisan basis to make Virginia the best managed State in the Union.
