Iowa State Fair Is the Place to Be for Potential Candidates

The Iowa State Fair attracts thousands and thousands of people every year. From the butter cow to the famous ‘fair’ foods, it is the place to go in August. This year you’ll often find several of my Senate colleagues in Des Moines, as well as others who are testing the waters for a presidential run.
This is a great opportunity for potential candidates to meet with Iowans. There aren’t many other places where you’ll find 130,000 potential caucus attendees for these new fair-goers to talk with and experience one of Iowa’s most treasured events.
