Winning The Fight Over Spending

House Majority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) reiterated his call to prevent a House vote on the Senate approved supplemental bill in a recent meeting with state GOP chairmen.
If you look back over the last 50 years, in 45 of them we spent more than we took in, building debt that our kids and their kids get to pay...We are going to win (the fight over spending) because there are enough members of Congress, enough Republicans, that will stand up and say, `We're not going to spend more than what needs to be spent at this time.
