News Bites: The latest on the nuke crisis in Japan, poll says people don't blame God for disasters, and more

An Environmental Protection Agency inspector general report says the agency misjudged the risks of coal ash used in things like wallboard.

Radiation levels in Japan were lower Friday.

Here's The New York Times with the latest on the Japanese disaster: "Japanese officials on Friday began quietly encouraging people to evacuate a larger swath of territory around the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant, a sign that they hold little hope that the crippled facility will soon be brought under control."

A poll says most people don't blame God for natural disasters.
