White House details $5 billion in clean-energy manufacturing tax credits

The White House detailed a series of new tax breaks Wednesday, including $5 billion in clean-energy manufacturing tax credits.
The clean-energy tax credits are part of a broader manufacturing tax break plan that President Obama outlined in his State of the Union address Tuesday night.
