Mitt Romney confused the Keystone XL oil sands pipeline with Solyndra, the failed solar firm that won a $535 million Obama administration loan guarantee, The Washington Post reports.
BP is hoping to settle pollution claims stemming from the massive 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill, Bloomberg reports.
Reuters reports that key emails won’t be allowed in a trial on the spill.
