News bites: Tales of a climate-change convert

Prominent climate change skeptic Richard Muller now says "humans are almost entirely the cause" of global warming after heading a Koch Industries-funded study. Muller describes himself as a "converted skeptic" in an opinion piece in today's New York Times.

The United States has the potential to produce nearly 200,000 gigawatts of solar power, according to a National Renewable Energy Laboratory study cited by PV magazine.
